I aspire to make all of my services are as helpful as possible. If I cannot provide something that helps you, then you shouldn’t pay. My general rule is this:
If you are not satisfied with your reading or service, then I’ll do everything in my power to make it right. If I cannot, I’ll give your money back.
A few conditions apply, but not many.
Business Is Personal
Some people have told me I shouldn’t offer a guarantee. “People will rip you off,” they say.
They’re right; there are a few bad apples in the world. But most people are honest and sincere. And, besides, that’s just who I am.
The way I work—whether with readings, coaching, or any other service—is that it’s not just about business. Business is cold, distant, and mechanical. A good coaching or psychic service should be deeply intimate. It’s a personal process that leaves room for healing, transformation, and empowerment.
I cannot promise that you will like what the cards reveal. Sometimes bad news actually is the answer. I will, however, deliver any such the news with compassion and integrity. More than that, I will help you figure out the next step during the tough times and celebrate with you during the good times.
The Long And Short
For one-time services, such as tarot card readings or past life work, going back for a closer look or for clarification is a courtesy I am happy to provide.
For on-going deals, I will refund your entire fee (if we’ve been working together for less than 30 days) or I will prorate your refund (if we’ve been working together for more than 30 days).
Refund requests must be made within thirty (30) days of service. Sorry, I will not issue refunds after 30 days.
That’s it! Not much fine print, not too many details.
